Jellies Hirex Pvt Ltd provides an AI-powered Deep Tech recruitment platform that automates the interview process, including:

• Automated interview conduct (300 interviews per hour)
• Emotional intelligence analysis
• Truth detection and authenticity verification
• Skills assessment across 30+ different skills
• Real-time candidate evaluation and reporting
• Integration with ATS and HRIS systems

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use our Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pay-As-You-Go Model

Our Service operates on a pay-as-you-go model at $399 per interview. No subscription is required. You will be charged only for the interviews conducted through our platform.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of each interview
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• Taxes are additional and will be calculated based on your location

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our AI algorithms

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jellies Hirex Pvt Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the interview data and candidate information you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a license to process this data to provide our AI-powered analysis and reporting services.

7. AI Technology and Accuracy

While our AI technology is designed to provide accurate emotional intelligence analysis and truth detection, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. The Service should be used as a tool to assist in recruitment decisions, not as the sole basis for hiring decisions. You are responsible for making final hiring decisions.

8. Data Privacy and Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable data protection and employment laws in your jurisdiction. You must obtain necessary consents from candidates before conducting interviews through our platform.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide 24/7 service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons with or without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jellies Hirex Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jellies Hirex Pvt Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
