Non-Personal information gathered automatically
If you are not doing anything during your visit but browse through the website, read pages, or
download information, our website’s operating system will automatically record some
general information about your visit. During your visit our web operating system will record
the following details:

type, type of operating system platform, date / time stamp, referring / exit pages’

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you believe you've been erroneously billed a cancellation fee, you have the
option to request a waiver for the cancellation fee.

For any assistance regarding refunds or issues pertaining to service or payments,
customers are advised to get in touch by either sending an email
(workforce_management@alvantowing.com) or submitting a request.

Cancellation fees are imposed to compensate drivers for the time, energy, and
fuel expended in attempting to reach the designated pickup point.

You may incur a cancellation fee under the following circumstances:

(a) The driver will incur a minimum charge of Rs. 200 if they accept a booking
and subsequently cancel it.

(b) Should the driver cancel the booking after waiting at your pickup location
for 5 minutes or more, a cancellation fee will be applied.

(c) If the customer cancels the trip, a cancellation fee of Rs. 100 will be charged
to the customer.

However, the cancellation fee will not be applied if the driver experiences a
delay of more than 10 minutes in reaching the pickup location beyond the
estimated time of arrival.
If a Driver starts a trip they are ineligible to receive a cancellation fee for that
same trip.
The amount of the cancellation fee may vary based on your city and the chosen
vehicle category.

If a cancellation fee is applicable, it will be deducted from your wallet amount.

Any disputes may be raised via the app
